“This one’s for all the floaters, the riders, and the late night screechers.” – Aaron Warren
How about a little early mind meld to kickstart your day? TFN has just the fix as today’s video premiere is from L.A.’s Flaccid Mojo which consists of Black Dice members Bjorn Copeland and Aaron Warren. Their new single and video, “Garbage People,” is the latest track taken off their forthcoming self-titled debut LP.
The video takes you on distorted extreme trip covering land, sea, and air except your lens is like you won a ticket on Willy Wonka’s psych boat ride and Flacco Mojo is wondrously ignoring your cries of terror, as their beats have you buckle up! Check the video out below and the album is out on October 28th via Castle Face Records.
Speaking on Flaccid Mojo and their forthcoming record, John Dwyer had this to say:
“Twin giant towers of amps grinding out minimal beat bloop. The transient sound molecules smell of burning gear and the floor of the pit. This is organic electronic music at its finest.
Dance? Why not. Freak out? For sure.
Brothers from a different mother (Bjorn Copeland and Aaron Warren) a la 2/3 of Black Dice have come together with this fantastic debut LP for us. These are mean beat vipers, spitting and tumescent on the abattoir floor.“
